At Oak & Sprout, we believe every toy should have a story. That’s why we choose woods that don’t just look beautiful, but have their own natural character. For example, our vibrant Purpleheart isn’t just a colour— we had to switch to diamond-tipped blades to be able to shape one of the world’s densest woods.
Naturally Colourful, Wonderfully Unique
We never use artificial dyes. Instead, we let woods like Padauk and Purpleheart reveal their own rich hues over time. Each piece is a little bit of nature’s own artwork, making every toy one-of-a-kind.

Four styluses for our tracing boards, two in pale oak and two in dark walnut, so a brother or sister can trace alongside, or there is one to spare when another goes missing under the sofa.
Each is cut from solid dowel, 95 mm long, sharpened to a rounded point and finished with the same Osmo Wood Wax Finish as our boards. The four travel together in an Oak & Sprout cotton drawstring pouch.

No paints or dyes - ever
Naturally safe finish - food-safe natural oils and waxes.
Everyday care. Wipe with a damp cloth and let the wood dry naturally. Please don’t soak it or put it in the dishwasher.
Where to keep it. Away from radiators and direct sun. Wood moves a little as the air grows drier or damper through the year, which is quite natural.
Refreshing the finish. When the wood begins to look dry, rub in one thin coat of Osmo Wood Wax Finish Extra Thin (1101), the finish we use ourselves, and let it dry fully before play. Once dry, it is food-safe. For babies who mouth their toys, ideally wait two weeks. Or let us make it easy: our Toy Care Kit has everything you need.

The website for Oak & Sprout specifies a "100% Moneyback Guarantee"...and apparently, they mean it. The Infinity Board was not my cup of tea, nor did it hold the interest of my kids. Still, with the guarantee, I thought I would give it a try. I ended up emailing Oak & Sprout that we didn't like the toy and they did in fact stand by their guarantee for my board, and even added on the money I spent for an extra stylus, which I did not expect. So, great customer service.
