We use five beautiful, sustainable hardwoods. Each has its own look, feel, and story — just like every young explorer!
Looks like: Golden brown with bold dark stripes – like a tiger’s back!
Grows in: Central and South America
Did you know? Some people call it “Brazilian Koa.” It’s super strong — builders even use it for fancy decks and guitars!
Looks like: Bright orangey-red, like a glowing sunset. Over time it turns deep red-brown.

Did you know? Padauk is so colourful it’s been used in ceremonial masks, xylophones, and even Olympic medals!
Looks like: Light tan with dark brown stripes – it really looks like zebra fur.
