Multiple Lifetime Guarantee
At Oak & Sprout, we craft every piece to last a lifetime - and then some. We stand behind that with our Multiple Lifetime Guarantee.
If your product ever fails to perform to your satisfaction, we’ll restore or replace it, free of charge. This promise is our way of honouring the trust you place in us — and the tradition of heirloom-quality toys that can be cherished and passed down.
🛠️ What’s Covered:
-
Cracks, splits, or breaks caused by structural failure
-
Faults in joints, engraving, or finish
-
Hardware issues (e.g. stylus tips, fittings)
🌱 What Happens When It’s Just Well-Loved?
Like most, we don’t cover general wear and tear under our guarantee — but we don’t believe in waste, either.
If your Oak & Sprout piece has been well-used and just needs a little care, we’re happy to offer restoration or replacements at a reasonable charge. Whether it’s a stylus tip worn smooth from tracing, or a shape piece lost under the sofa, we’ll always do our best to help bring it back to life.
Repairs keep the story going — and we’d always rather fix than buy new.
Just get in touch with us at care@oakandsprout.co.uk, let us know what’s happened, and we’ll guide you through some options.
🤝 Who It's For
This guarantee is offered to the original purchaser — but we believe in making things that last, and live on.
If your Oak & Sprout piece has been given to you as a gift or passed down to you, we’ll still do our very best to help if something goes wrong. Just get in touch with as much information as you can, and we’ll take care of you.
Our aim is to be fair, thoughtful, and responsible — and we trust our customers to be likewise.
📩 How to Get in Touch
Please email us at care@oakandsprout.co.uk with:
We’ll respond promptly and guide you through next steps. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us for assessment or repair.
If you’d rather do the repair yourself, our Repair and DIY Tutorials (Coming Soon!) can show you how. DIY repairs do not void our Multiple Lifetime Guarantee. You’ll learn a new skill and your favourite toy will become your go-to piece and traveling companion again—it still has stories to tell!
📌 A Note on Gifts & Heirlooms
Many of our toys are given to loved ones or passed between generations. If you’re reaching out as a gift recipient or second-generation owner, we’ll always treat your request with care and consideration. We don’t ask for registration or receipts — just honesty and goodwill.
This is more than a guarantee. It’s a reflection of our belief that quality should last, and good things should be shared.
Your move, Temu.
