Delivery
We currently deliver only within the UK. At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, some exceptions can be made, but in this case, you'd just need to drop us an email.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). If your order includes custom or personalised elements, it may take a little longer — we’ll keep you informed along the way.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your parcel is ready to ship, you’ll get another email with tracking details. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we’re unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit.
📌 Oak & Sprout is not responsible for lost or unretrieved orders marked as delivered. Please monitor your tracking number and ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments if certain items are made to order or backordered.

Please note: Furniture is excluded from free shipping and will have specific rates displayed during checkout.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives visibly damaged, we kindly ask that you mark the parcel as damaged when signing for it. This helps us raise a claim with the courier. In these cases, we will be happy to offer a replacement item or refund, depending on product availability.
Please email us as soon as possible at care@oakandsprout.co.uk, ideally within 5 days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and damaged item, and letting us know what happened.
We do trust our delivery partners to treat your items with care, however sometimes accidents do happen and we will always make it right.
Returns
We accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery, or within 14 days for furniture.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition please!
- In their original packaging, with tags and inserts if possible, although if you've had to open it, we understand.
- Accompanied by your order number, unless it was a gift, in which case, just give us the info you have and we'll sort it out for you.
To begin a return, email us at care@oakandsprout.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return. No reason is required, no judgements are made. Your money, your rules. We’ll issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number with return instructions.
Please note: Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty, in line with your statutory rights.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days, usually sooner although it often depends on your banks processes.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Smarter Shipping/Better Shipping/Eco-Friendly Packaging
We're packaging and shipping all your orders with the planet in mind. From the sealing tape (which is plant-derived and renewable) to the felt (Wool or wool-recycled blend) and (for furniture) biodegradable packing peanuts (made of organic starch that decomposes in water leaving no toxic waste) that protects fragile items during shipping, and even the labels (plastic-free, 100% recycled and recyclable), every single packing material we use is as eco-friendly as possible. So don't be surprised if you notice that we've reused some of our supplier partners' cartons — this also helps us keep waste to a minimum.
