After years of play, a well-loved wooden toy can start to look dry and pale. This kit brings the glow back. One thin coat refreshes the finish, so the wood stays protected for years more play.
The bottle holds the same finish we use on every Oak & Sprout toy: Osmo Wood Wax Finish Extra Thin, Clear (1101). It is made from plant oils and natural waxes, food-safe once dry, and meets EN 71-3, with resistance to saliva and sweat under DIN 53160. Every toy leaves us with at least two coats. It's just a solid piece of wood, and certified child-safe oil. No paints, no dyes: just wood, and oil. That's it.
In the box: a 30 ml amber glass bottle of Osmo 1101, decanted by us, with a tamper-evident dropper; three lint-free cloths; and a care card, in a kraft gift box.
How to use it: wipe the toy clean and let it dry. Put a few drops on a cloth and rub one thin coat along the grain. After about 30 minutes, wipe away any excess with a clean cloth. Leave the toy somewhere airy to dry for about 12 hours. The finish then cures fully over two to three weeks. For babies who mouth their toys, ideally wait two weeks before giving it back.
Please note: keep the bottle closed and out of children's reach, and let toys dry fully before play. Oily cloths can heat up on their own, so wash used cloths out straight away, or lay them flat outdoors to dry before you throw them away.

- Apply. Put a few drops on a cloth and rub one thin coat along the grain. A little goes a long way.
- Wipe off. After about 30 minutes, wipe away any excess with a clean cloth. The wood should look satin, not wet.
- Dry. Leave the toy for about 12 hours, somewhere airy and out of reach of children and pets.
- Before play. Let toys dry fully before play. The finish then cures fully over 2–3 weeks. For babies who mouth their toys, ideally wait two weeks before giving it back.

The website for Oak & Sprout specifies a "100% Moneyback Guarantee"...and apparently, they mean it. The Infinity Board was not my cup of tea, nor did it hold the interest of my kids. Still, with the guarantee, I thought I would give it a try.
